My father is a new resident of Immaculate Mary. After having stayed at several other skilled nursing facilities in the Philadelphia area, I can honestly say that this place is a gem. Each time I visit, I am impressed by the cleanliness of the facility, the warmth and friendliness of EVERY staff member, from nurses to CNAs to laundry to dietary and housekeeping. The staff positively interacted with the residents that I observed. (A special shout out to Brian, a floor tech on 3-South, who cleaned the hallway floors with precision and care while singing-- my dad and I shared a 😃 over Brian's happy vibe.) My wife Mercy Moozhikkattu was at the Immaculate nursing home for more than 2 months. This was our first experience with a nursing home. We were greeted by Sherry and Liza who were very helpful in processing all paperworks. The nurses and the supporting casts on the floor did a wonderful job in taking care of my wife who's very hard to hear. Kudos to everyone at your facility especially George and Ansu who were there to support her with communication in her language! 👏 👏 👏

Jackie consistently demonstrated compassion, patience, and attentiveness while caring for my aunt. She ensured that my aunt’s needs were met promptly and always treated her with dignity and respect. I wanted to share my experience with a particular CNA who was caring for my aunt. She has been kind and caring and hasn’t treated my aunt like a number. She has updated our family with details and has traveled with my aunt for appointments and has even stayed past her shift to ensure my aunt was serviced properly! You can tell she genuinely cares about the people she works with, and she always makes sure they feel comfortable, safe, and heard.
