Excellent customer service as soon as you arrive. I’m greeted by everyone in the reception area. After being checked in they let me know where I’m to wait until I am called back to the chair. I’m greeted again by the assistant and asked if I had any concerns and questions about my visit. Once I’ve completed my appointment and checked out I was told to have a good day. This has been my experience each time I’ve visited. Kudos to the staff and team for their efforts to make this a great experience. Thank you.

Front office people are so friendly & helpful with insurance issues. Sammy made me feel very comfortable with lots of xrays. She’s wonderful! Sima explained the cleaning process at every step. Very thorough. I’ve never had my teeth & gums get so much attention! Dr Kim explained some additional work I may need, that I need to think about. Everyone very professional & kind. I never felt rushed, Thank you for a pleasant dental experience!

I was warned not to come here because of their questionable pricing and lack of respect for patients’ time. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of assuming all doctors’ offices operate similarly. If you’re on the fence about this place, don’t go. Please learn from my experience. After I made my appointment, I emailed to confirm that I was properly booked and received no response. Days later, I finally got a confirmation. This appointment was scheduled over a week in advance, only to receive a text 30 minutes before my appointment stating it had been canceled because “the dentist is out” and that I needed to call to rebook. This is extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of time. Do not waste yours here.

I had an amazing experience at Imagix Dental of Alpharetta! The staff was so warm and welcoming, and my cleaning was incredibly thorough yet gentle. The dentist took time to explain everything and made me feel completely comfortable. The whole place was spotless and so positive. I left with my teeth sparkling and feeling great! Highly recommend!

11/14/25 Another wonderful experience had my crown replaced. They were gentle and even played relaxing music. My crown matches perfectly. From the front desk to all staff, and Dr. Kim are professional, kind and provide education. Will continue to use them in 2026. 10/10/25 Another positive experience at the dentist office !!!
