I can NOT get an appointment with a doctor and the physician assistant keeps putting inaccurate information in my chart because she does NOT listen to what I am saying. I have seen her more than once and the information has been inaccurate each time. She is clueless about my medical history ( I have been a patient for years) and seems to shrug things off when I bring up concerns I have with some medication I'm on, but just said she felt it was fine, and wouldn't give reassuring medical reason why and seemed annoyed when I asked. She gave me a new medication to try. When I picked it up from the pharmacy the medication had in big bold writing not to take this medication if I suffered a certain condition, which I did. Obviously, I didn't take it. I asked her about it and again, was told it
5🌟 I had a great visit here. Receptionist was very Nice, Pleasant, helpful. Compassionate, professional. Very organized. On phone and in person. Educated Nurses are Awesome, and Amazing Staff here. Fact the Convenience. Everything is right here for Labs, Physical Therapy and more. And I've found my Primary care Doctor Patel. MD. Here. All in one building. Just Awesome. I have been seeing Dr. Nguyen for over 10 years now and I love him but can never get into see him anymore. When you call they try pushing his NP on you and when you state you would prefer to see Dr. Nguyen he has nothing until June or July. I have always been able to get a 7am or a late appointment and now the only time they can get you in is in the middle of your work day. Guess it is time to find a new Doctor :(
I have been seeing Dr. Garlin and Laura Moll for a few years now— they are fantastic! I moved about 40 minutes away from the office but I still make the drive because I can’t imagine seeing anyone else. They both are compassionate practitioners who don’t cut corners. I’ve had positive experiences with the urgent care side of things as well when I’ve seen other doctors there. The phlebotomist is absolutely delightful— she is such a chipper person. If you are uncomfortable or nervous getting bloodwork done, I highly recommend seeing her: she will no doubt put you right at ease and give you a few laughs while you’re there. I have had good experiences with the staff, the nurses and assistants are great. They know what they're doing and work with you as a team. The receptionists that are answering the phones, on the other hand, are not compassionate at all. My family is currently going through Covid + and my baby got it, which is already distressing - all I wanted to do is alert his pediatrician of a change in status, which I thought was a reasonable thing to do & wouldn't hurt. I was met with "Hold on a minute, slow down MOM." in a rude and condescending tone. If Merrimack is going to copy and paste their response to my review (which would be five stars, but is now mediocre) the only thing that would make me feel even remotely better is if they would talk to their receptionists and provide some better learni
