Image Pharmacy

I am only rating the eyeglass section of this store. Unfortunately, one person can ruin the entire store's image. To be blunt, the white male clerk "working" on Wednesday afternoon didn't seem to want anything to do with the glasses that I purchased at their store. A simple adjustment is all I was asking, which is a service that I have received from every eyeglasses store that I has sold me glasses. I'm raising the rating to two stars because previous experiences with two other service people there were respectful, if not pleasant. As for the eye wear this store sells, there isn't anything exclusive that I've seen, so the only reason I wanted to continue my business here was for the good service. Well, I guess that's gone, too...

If you're tired of Walgreens, check out this spot. The staff is so kind and helpful. And I have found that when Walgreens is out of stock on Rx And OTC medications, Image will still have them. Plus your won't have to wait in line for 30 minutes.

Came here to pick up my pregnant wife's medication here on January 6th, 2025. They accidentally gave my wife Doxepin hydrochloride instead of Doxylamine succate. The doxepin essentially sedated my wife. When I confronted them about the mix up the head pharmacist had the nerve to say "Both medications sound the same". They absolutely do not sound the same and it's extremely alarming that a pharmacist is saying that in the first place. Inexperienced employees who don't take accountability for their actions. Please reconsider coming here for your prescriptions, especially considering that the head pharmacist can't differentiate between medications.

They were not able to fill my prescription through bureaucratic insurance mishegas, no fault of theirs. The pharmacist has my same insurance and was able to commiserate while he explained my options. And the staff kindly let me take up space in the store while I made frantic phone calls trying to figure out how to get my prescription filled at 4;30 on a Friday afternoon.

This is a very straightforward place for you if you want to get your eyes check. The lady behind the counter is very sweet, happy and helpful. She helps working out my insurance benefits so I can get the most out of it. The eyewear selections are a bit limited but you will find a basic one to get by… not bad for getting a job done
