Dr. Tran and his staff are very professional. I had two crowns put on and I'm very happy with the results. The office and rooms are very clean and organized. And all of the employees work together like a well-oiled machine. Lyssa, Lydia, Yaritza, Kiara, Margarito, and Dr. Tran are, above all else, kind. I highly recommend giving Dr. Tran and his staff a try.

Went in for a new patient cleaning/checkup. The tech had to redo the x-rays several times because she kept messing up. The doctor told me I needed 2 fillings. I went to reception where she told me I was actually going to need 8 fillings. 2 days later the receptionist called me and said she was wrong and that I was only going to need 2. Went in and got the fillings. A couple of days later I’m experiencing tooth pain in one of the filled teeth and called to schedule an appointment. The receptionist scheduled me for an appointment. The receptionist called me 2 days later and told me she scheduled me on a day where the doctor would not be in the office and that she needs to reschedule and could only see me a month later if I wanted to stick to my work schedule. The most trusted dental practice for my entire family, Dr. Tran and his team go above and beyond to ensure that you receive the best and most professional level of dental care. I refuse to go to any other dentist. A relative even travels back home to Dallas from out of state when they need to do their annual dental checkup appointment. Note: The review regarding the front desk receptionist acting rude feels completely inaccurate. The receptionist appears to have a very calm and reserved personality which might come across as dismissive but simply isn’t. Her relaxed demeanor makes for a peaceful environment while you wait for your appointment.

For anyone reading this: Please consider going somewhere else. The attitude of the front desk staff, especially that of Lisa, was unfriendly and dismissive, and I was made to feel that my legitimate questions regarding pricing for different procedures not covered by my insurance were inconveniences and not worthy of their time. It felt as though I was a bother for simply wanting to understand what I was being charged for. When I questioned why I had x procedure done that my insurance thought was unnecessary, I was met with a condescending remark from the receptionist: "Well, do you want your teeth?" I have never felt so disrespected. No one should ever feel guilty for asking about their healthcare costs, but here, they made it clear that patients are essentially expected to pay up without
