My doctor asked me to send a message through the patient portal to remind his nurse to order medication for me. I sent the message, got no response. A week later I called, the receptionist said, they would get back to me by the end of the day, no one called. So I went to the doctors office, I was told they forgot to order it, and it would be two weeks, it’s been two months since I was to receive the medication. Where’s the concern for patient care?

A nurse was aggressive. Pushed me when she assumed I was on the phone entering the office. I was verifying my party had disconnect. During the visit I remarked "your nurse an I handle our situation respectfully. The doctor was merely hateful. As I left the desk staff apologized. The incident was reported filled with lies and I was banned from the oractice.

Very unprofessional !! I was a patient for two years, each visit was new charge for some unnecessary test. Dont forget it's a business . The doctors are puppets with no regard of the Hippocratic Oath that they took when becoming doctors , doctors are ran by big corporate !! This new company that just bought them in July of 2018 is the worst. 500.00 for a urine test. Shame on them. Beware !!
