My grandmothers bottom dentures broke so we went to her usual dds, Dr.Klebanov. He was super professional. She is wheel chair bound and in poor health so the Dr. Klebanov made her a priority. Took her dentures and said they will be fixed asap and we can pick them up with out putting her through the agonizing trip again. He went above and beyond.

Never EVER COME HERE. DO NOT COME HERE. They will do anything just to make money and not do a great job. My mother came here to get her teeth fixed, but after an hour, it began to hurt and bleed, and then it got worse. We called the dentist and told them about the problem, but they wouldn’t even bother to help and gave us excuses. Not only that, they charged a lot of money just for fixing a tooth. Do not come here if you want your teeth to get worse.

I had issues on more than 1 visit and last April on the day of my mother in laws funeral I had appointment just for a cleaning at 9AM. Both the Dentist and Hygienist strolled in after10am without apologizing so I left and refused to go back. 3 strikes your out.

He lets his assistant Maria do the teeth cleaning. Maria is a good person but I don’t think she was authorized or licensed to do it. She almost hurt my teeth.. I wanted to say something but its Maria. I know she was just following the dentist order. Dr. Klebanov also let Maria to do prophylaxis on my son who is a minor. They have a hygienist. I don’t understand why Dr. Klebamov is asking her “assistant “ to do the hygienist job. The assistant is not a another dentist or an intern or the like. Just the one assisting the dentist on his work like doing the xray, handing the tools or the like.
