I have been going here for years and their work is no longer good. I have had fillings that that continue to hurt my mouth and are coming out. I had a root canal Done by DR. XU that is not good I have spent around $2500.-$3000. and I’m still in the process of having it done and Michelle the receptionist is very rude, when discussing my bill, I asked her to not be so loud, and she replied EVEN LOUDER that she hast to be that loud AND SHE DID THIS SO EVERYONE in the lobby could hear her. They have been working on my root canal for about EIGHT MONTHS now and I still don’t have a cap. I’m in lots of pain and I’m pretty sure it’s going to have to be pulled and I will have to pay for that too on top of the $2500-$3000 I have already paid for this root canal and cap that I do NOT have. 😡 UPDATE…

Dr Xu is great but very clueless on how her practice is run. They put you with a dr or other staff that is not in your network and don't tell you and you get charged double and then when you question it they say they will "look into it". Say they will refund you but don't. They just say they will "call it even". They could care less about you just about the money. Be sure if you go here that EVERY PERSON YOU SEE IS IN YOUR NETWORK. We estimated being over charged in the 3 years we were there a few thousand. What made us question it was the amount they kept charging us. We talked to our insurance and they are the ones who said some of them were not in our network. Maybe we should have questioned them sooner, our fault, but they still should have known who was in our network and who wasn't.

Front office manager ignored me waiting in the waiting area for over 45 minutes. Then one of the dental assistants told me I was there for a CT scan and then later recanted her statement. Then I went in for a teeth cleaning and the hygienist refused to clean my teeth because I asked why a teeth cleaning was going to cost close to $500.00! I’ve been a patient there for over 10 years and the quality of service has dropped significantly in the last 2 years!

Theres only one word for this practice, incompetence. Do not get an implant here, drs will intercept orders and change them without your consent, wrong parts will be ordered and your dental procedures will be pushed back weeks at a time. I’ve been extremely unhappy and unsatisfied at this practice and will be changing dentists as soon as humanly possible. Incompetence, disorganization, last minute changes to orders. Stay away from Dr. Xu and Idylwood dental

Love my dentist she makes my visit a great experience. Love the staff. Nothing but welcoming from all. They work hard to get you in. When you really need them
