I LOVE this place. I had done my research on the ideal protein program and knew I was in- so I just needed to find my local chapter. They always have food in stock, Kayla is very helpful, and I LOVE the accountability without the guilt. I had an off week, and wasn’t excited about weighing in. Kayla and I walked through it and I managed to leave not feeling guilty or beating myself up- just focused on what I needed to do to be successful the following week. Thanks for being the supportive system I need to commit to my health!

This is a plan I can follow. No measuring, the food is great and I don’t feel hungry. The staff are knowledgeable about the program and have lots of tips and tricks to offer.
