I been coming here for a couple years. The Dr's and staff are top notch. Caring and friendly. They explain everything to you and really seem to care and not just herd you in and out. A+++

Clean! Neat! Organized! Efficient! Professional! Kind, and thoughtful! Describes my experience with the office, staff, and medical professionals at IDEAL gastro in Rancho Cucamonga! As I waited in the waiting room upon my second visit, they were about a handful of other people waiting as well, and one of the Office staffers came onto the floor and told everybody that she was sorry for the wait and asked if she could get anybody some water and that we would be seen as soon as possible. This sentiment spoke volumes to me These people really care about their patients.

Office are clean and nice. The girls in here are focusing in the job with the patients. The physician assistance very nice gentleman very caring and cooperative with me. Organized and attentive. I am amazed and grateful.

This Dr’s office is one of the best things to ever happen to me. This doctor was recommended to me after I had gotten my gallbladder removed and nobody could help me with the aftermath of having it removed. I was now struggling with Constant stomach issues until I met Dr Ian who quite literally changed my life with a simple prescription. The staff is amazing and so kind. One wonderful lady named Nancy answered my call 10 minutes before closing and did everything she could to help me get the medication and the appointment I needed. She went above and beyond for me. As a person with stomach issues it was so nice to have someone on the other end of the line who was willing to help me not just because it was her job but who actually cared. It’s rare to find people like that. I am forever grate

My wife and I were really very pleased with the attention and help provided to us by Adriana in the front desk and by PA Cathlynn that made it very easy to communicate with her while we were explaining our symptoms and my wife ‘s experience in the past three months.
