TL;DR: If you are reading the reviews to decide whether to seek treatment here, go ahead and do so. You will not regret it. I grind my teeth a lot during my sleep and have very misaligned teeth. Due to these factors, I went through my first night guard very quickly. I needed a new one, but I had just aged out of my dental insurance. Dr. Ibrahim measured, ordered, and fitted a new night guard free of charge. I offered to volunteer or donate my time in some other way to an organization of his choosing, and he told me that I deserve dental care regardless of ability to pay. This means the world to me. I am on Medicaid because I was kicked out of my home before I was able to stabilize myself. Not only was I not judged for being on welfare, but my right to exist in good health was validated. D

This place is amazing. I was helped by Ashley, and Nicki. Ashley is awesome. She was training Nicki and did and excellent job doing so. They made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Dr.Ibrahim was very communicative with me. He addressed all my issues as he talked me through every step. He was gentle and very attentive. The facility itself was very clean. The energy there is awesome. I found my new forever dentist. Thank you everyone for all the help today.

Dr. Ibrahim is the best dentist in Chesterfield County, he's kind, patient and he thoroughly explains the process of what he's doing. His assistant Nicki is awesome as well. This Dental office is very friendly and family oriented. I have no concerns when I come to get my teeth cleaned or any other services. My whole family comes here.

I had such a wonderful experience at this dental office! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable and welcomed. The office was clean, modern, and calming, which really helped ease my nerves. Dr Ibrahim took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood my treatment options. I had an appointment with them yesterday for the first time, and they were nothing short of excellent. The office is clean and organized. From the time I arrived to the time I left, the staff was incredibly kind and respectful. Dr. Ibrahim is by far one of the best doctors I’ve ever been to, and his assistant was welcoming and kind. You can truly see that Dr. Ibrahim cares about his patients and is willing to work with them to help them reach their goals.
