I am so pleased by my treatment experience at Ideal. The front desk staff was so kind and patient, taking time to explain to me the treatment plan and helping me to schedule the work in a way that worked best for my schedule and budget. The hygientest and dentist were also very nice and so patient, and they made sure I was never uncomfortable throughout the very long procedure. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend Ideal Dental Willowbend! All of the patient paperwork is completed online ahead of time, which is tedious but makes for a smooth check in process and allows the staff to check insurance coverage in advance. The waiting room is comfortable. I was seen for my appointment on time. All of the staff are very friendly and clearly communicate the process, components, and fees. They were both caring and attentive. I will definitely be back!

First time here, and I am very satisfied and impress with my service. I got a next day appt for a crown that fell out. No extras or pushy sales pitches. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I recommend this dental office.
