From the moment I booked my appointment to the actual work being done and even the follow-up after, every single step of my experience was absolutely amazing. 💙 All of the ladies in the office were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely caring. There was zero pressure to add on extra services, which I truly appreciated. Instead, there was real concern for both my well-being and my financial well-being, and that meant so much to me. They were funny, kind, and somehow managed to keep me laughing… even while I was getting some of the most unfun dental work done 😅 and that says a lot! I’ve been to other Ideal Dental locations before and they were good… but this one was beyond all expectations. I cannot express enough how amazing Dr. Briggs and her staff are from your first interaction at the front office throughout the entire process. I have an almost paralyzing fear of the dentist from bad experiences with pain in the past but I will no longer have this fear. They are honest, gentle, knowledgeable and kind. I just left after a procedure feeling almost like I left a spa and not a dentist because it was so relaxing. I took my noise canceling head set and it was all over before I knew it. I would give them 100 stars if it was an option.

This review is honestly long overdue. I’ve been coming to this Ideal Dental location for a while now, and the entire team has consistently been very good to me. I live in Sandbrock Ranch, so this office is extremely convenient, but what really keeps me coming back is the level of care. Dr. Briggs is incredibly kind, professional, and truly great at what she does. I’ve had a lot of dental work done over the past year or so, and she has always made herself available when I needed help—especially when dealing with pain. I’ll be honest: my pain threshold is very low, so I’m sure I can come across as annoying at times, but they still take amazing care of me every single visit. The front desk team was awesome and checked me in promptly. ​The dental assistant, Raven, was amazing from start to finish. She was welcoming, professional, and provided a much-needed distraction while the doctor performed the procedure. Thank you, Raven! Dr. Briggs was also incredible; she is very knowledgeable and acknowledged any pain I was experiencing. I truly felt that she listened to my concerns, allowing us to come up with the best plan for my needs. THE BEST! I genuinely enjoyed my time here. I was super calm. Dr. Briggs was so chill, nice, very informative, and seemed to really care about my course of action regarding the best choice for my teeth. I went in for a chipped tooth and she made it so much better! And Im back to feeling confident about my smile:) I also don’t have dental insurance currently so I was very pleased with the affordability with it all! Found my new dentist!
