Ideal Dental Sugar Land

I love this place. They are very professional and care. My husband had an emergency and we made an appointment online at 4:00 am in the morning. It was very easy for online appointments choices with them. When we walked into the office at 9:30, the front desk is so helpful and my first impression was Lenna. She took a very good care of my husband with pleasant and we love her energy. The doctor was nice. He explained well before the procedure and called us at 7:00 pm on the same day to make sure my husband is doing ok. We know that their office closed at 5:00 pm but he spend time to call and checked on patients after work which is very much impressed and highly appreciated. We are in good hands and highly recommend

I don't usually leave reviews but I am compelled to do so. DR. Jireh is fab!!! He is kind, informative, patient and funny. He even called me both times I went in and had to get numbed up to see how I was recovering. I have been at the same dentist for 20 years so I was very skeptical to go to someone else. I'm glad to say I'm happy I did he is great. I went to him due to the high rating he got from customers and I'm glad to say it was all true. Staff is friendly, informative and all around kool staff from the people at the front desk to the staff in the back. It was all a great experience. It's father than what I expected but definitely worth the drive.

The dentist is intelligent and personable. The staff was amazing! Crystal, in particular, caught my attention. She knows how to relax patients before the procedure. She will use your favorite music, videos, Jeopardy, whatever calms you down. That's great! I will definitely return to this dental office.

From the moment I went in the place was clean and comfortable, the front desk was friendly and welcoming and helpful. Once I was bought back the dental assistant was really friendly and made me feel comfortable. I went in for a cleaning and X-rays and the assistant and Dentist were really friendly and efficient they completed the cleaning and x-rays without me even feeling anything I would definitely recommend going to see them especially if you have any fears of the dentist. I definitely will return.
