Ideal Dental South Arlington

I went last week to get X-rays and a preliminary plan about what to do going forward. I had a basic cleaning, gum irrigation, and a root canal which was desperately needed. I was nervous because at the last dentist I went to I'd had a very bad experience with the root canal and it was very painful. But my dentist was Sangeetha Karunakaran and she was quick and efficient, complete and thorough, and it was done in less than an hour. And I have not had to take any pain meds since that. The only pain I've had is a little soreness in my jaw and that's from having to hold my mouth open for so long. It was an incredibly relieving experience to counter what I have experienced before with other dentists. I highly recommend this place. I have to go back for a permanent crown and several other things

This clinic has been amazing to us for years! One sad thing about moving is loosing those wonderful services you have found to start all over again! Dentists, orthodontics, hygienists, everyone has been amazing! Even the office clerks!

Horrible, I called and scheduled a wisdom tooth removal appointment 1:30 I make it there at 1:17 fill out my paperwork less than 5 mins. As I wait I see multiple people that came in after me get called back. I go ask the receptionist at 2:10. Excuse me was my appointment at 1:30 or 2:30? She says 1:30 hold on one moment let me check what’s going on. 2:26 I go to the back got my X-ray only for the dentist to give me a referral. So no tooth pulled no nothing but a waste of my entire day and energy. Oh and X-ray!!!

I accompanied my wife to her first dental appointment for x-rays and cleaning after her arrival in America from Japan, scheduling it at this location. Despite arriving early, we waited nearly two hours before we were seen, with very little communication from the staff about the delay. After entering the room, we observed used gloves on the floor, dust was present on the equipment, and there was debris on the floor. Ultimately the delays and uncleanness led us to leave before the procedures began. Afterward, I spoke with Jason, the area manager who happened to be visiting that day. Although our overall experience was disappointing, we appreciated that Jason took the time to listen to our concerns and discuss the poor customer service we encountered.

The staff here is so polite and friendly and the doctors are very accommodating. Dr. Ali was quick and very kind with her check up, Stephanie was friendly and efficient with getting me set up for the doc and Faith was super quick about getting me checked in and out! I felt like I was well taken care of and that they were very clear in explaining all the next steps of treatment. Thanks Ideal crew 😊
