Ideal Dental New Braunfels

I've had good luck with ideal Dental. My insurance only pays 50% for major work. My out-of-pocket part has been very reasonable in my opinion, and I've had a lot of dental work done over the years. I feel like they have good quality, latest technology equipment if you get anything done like a crown. I feel comfortable with Dr Burdette and Adrian. And the office staff is very nice. You might want to give them a try if you need some dental work done.

I recently transfered to Ideal after my old dentist decided volume was more important than the customer. Ideal Dental has been a godsend! Appointment times kept, polite and friendly staff, the best equipment and a great job done.

We had a great experience with the whole team. Moved and needed a new dentist in town, this office came highly recommended a few times through friends. Glad we made the appointments!

Nice facility, nice staff, easy to make an appt. While talking with Dr, conversation felt very rushed and like it was taking longer than he wanted. An establishing appointment will generally have more questions than a current patient due to new relationship, but I felt like my questions were a bit of an inconvenience for him to answer as he rushed through the answers and was looking at the tv next to me about the same as he was actually looking at me. Will hopefully have a better experience next visit when I have less questions, slightly disappointing today :/
