Ideal Dental McKinney

The Ideal Dental McKinney location really made me and my daughter’s day, I had a really bad experience at the Plano location with the receptionist, and the McKinney location was able to retain us as patients by being extremely professional, organized, warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and relatable. We came in on a holiday MLK, the process was so seamless, we were seen swiftly, before I could settle in my seat, we were called back. The staff walked us through step by step what they were doing, set clear expectations, and made my daughter feel extremely comfortable with their patience and attention to detail. In no way did they make us feel like just a number like most high visited places can make you feel. All of the staff were very personable, we felt seen and heard expressing all of concern

I really love Ideal dental. All the staff there are wonderful, they listen and you feel supported. Cornell, who takes care of the front office is always so cordial, helpful, and super nice. Michelle the hygienist is so warm and caring and she is very knowledgeable about your teeth. The doctor is also wonderful. He listens and he designs the best treatment plan for you and your family.
