This team is so very pleasant. From the team at the front desk, especially the lady with the curly hair and glasses, to the team in the back. Everyone is thorough when dealing with patients, knowledgeable, approachable, and professional. I recently switched dentist offices because my last one was a nightmare, and im so glad I did! Dr. Pressley is AMAZING! He explains everything in basic terms so you understands, checks for clarity, allows you to ask however many questions you want, and hes a pleasure to be around. After today's visit, I know my children and I are in good hands, and I dont plan on changing dentists anytime soon. 10 out of 10, I HIGHLY recommend

When I moved to Conroe from Pearland, I needed a new dentist so I tried Ideal because of the good reviews. Knowing that I needed an extensive (deep) cleaning on upper and lower, I agreed and had both procedures done and was told on 4 occasions that the follow up after 3 months was included free of charge. Noted again that I asked 4 times to clarify there would be no charge. I'm a medical person, so I made sure that there was no payment for a follow up visit. The day before my appointment for follow up I was told that I was having a cleaning and a payment for over $100.00 would be due. Very disappointed about these lies. I'm considering this a scam and wanted people to know. My insurance didn't cover the initial deep cleaning and I paid them over $2,000.00 out of my own pocket. Just be awar

First I would like to say how nerves I am at Dentist office, but the Staff (A’lona, Sherry) was amazing! Made an uncomfortable moment so relaxing and knows how to build rapport with their patients; Next Abraham has the greatest greeting on the phone; But most importantly Dr Pressley was AMAZING and Professional, his hands were truly blessed and was concerned about how I was doing during my procedure… He has restored my faith in Dentistry… Also my procedure was quick and amazing… Absolutely no pain! If could recommend any place to go… it would definitely be here!!! Thanks for an amazing experience

Dr Presley and his staff are AMAZING!!!!! I am the biggest chicken when it comes to going to the dentist but Dr Presley makes getting shots and procedures so much easier than I’ve ever had before. Had a 4 hour procedure and I fell asleep a few times which I’ve never done before. Thank you to Dr Presley and his staff for making me finally feel like going to the dentist doesn’t have to be unpleasant.

The staff is wonderful like family and Dr. Pressley is very thorough and thoughtful to you and your feelings on the matters of dealing with whatever you have going on in your mouth. The entire staff is excellent at their jobs. Couldn’t say anything less than 5 stars. Give them a try.
