Update: Updated my review as the location has worked out the issue with me directly. Office manager Andrea has gone above and beyond to make things right. I greatly appreciate her and the staff friendliness. I still recommend anyone visiting this dental office verify your benefits before agreeing to services so that you are not surprised with higher costs later. Their system still has a billing issue. I visited this location for the 1st time in December to use my benefits. Location was convenient. Easy scheduling and they accept my insurance. Office staff and dentist are all very friendly. However, my rating is because I cannot trust their billing. During my 1sr visit a dental plan for services was discussed. They pulled my benefits and quoted me as such. i am very satisfied wit h Ideal Dental. Expert dentist placed 2 perfectly fitting crowns. Ideal regularly has my teeth cleaned which will help avoid any future infected teeth. At my elderly age of 79 years, my smile shows a complete set of healthy teeth. I am a retired teacher. Ideal Dentist and Teacher Retirement System of Texas Dental Plan contracts with Ideal Dentist to offer expert, knowledgeable Dental care. I live close to Ideal Dental and plan to remain with Ideal Dental as a very satisfied customer. I was struggling to find a same day dentist location who could do an extraction because I was in excruciating pain due to letting a cracked tooth get really infected and my husband came across Ideal Dental, they were able to get me an appointment same day, they even send you a link ahead of time to avoid paperwork and they did my X-rays/deep clean and even my extraction! The whole staff was very attentive, talked me through the whole procedure and great customer service!! I recommend this dentist place to anyone! Definitely a patient that will be back! 10/10!

We went to Ideal Dental for the first time. After xrays and extensive mouth exam they told us in good detail what needs to be done. We had not been to a dentist in 2 years because of a bad experience with our previous one. BUT it looks like this really is an IDEAL DENTAL place for our dental needs. Professional and friendly and informative staff!!
