Ideal Dental Arvada

I’ve had very positive experiences here so far. I’ve been in twice, and both visits were thorough and reassuring. Dr. Hails takes the time to explain and show what needs to be done, why it’s necessary, and what we can work toward over time to improve things further. I never feel rushed, and I always leave understanding my treatment plan. The office has also been persistent in working with my insurance. They’ve submitted a prior authorization multiple times rather than giving up after the first denial, which I really appreciate. Many offices would simply have you pay out of pocket. The fillings Dr. Hails redid for me look extremely natural. You genuinely can’t tell which teeth have fillings anymore, whereas before it was obvious. The entire staff is friendly, welcoming, and easy to work

I’m a big fan of Dr. Hails. He explains things in an understandable manner and is comprehensive in his approach. The support staff was also wonderful. They all seem to have a good time doing their work, geeking out over different tools of the industry, and supporting each other.

Dr. Hails is the best dentist I’ve ever had. I trust his opinion and expertise completely! He only recommends what’s truly necessary and always takes the time to explain everything thoroughly so I know exactly what to expect. I’ve been seeing him for the last few years while he was in Aurora and I’ll absolutely be making the trip to his new office because the quality of care is worth it. He has been patiently helping me fix a sensitivity issue that was caused by a filling from another dentist. Highly recommend!

I found Ideal Dental Arvada through my insurance. I was unsure if I would be happy with this office because there is not much information available. That’s why I am writing this review….if you are looking for a dentist OR a change to your current dentist, I highly recommend Dr Hails and his highly skilled and incredibly warm and friendly staff. I’m not sure I’ve ever met or been to a more patient, informative, and knowledgeable dentist practice! During my entire visit, the staff made sure I was comfortable and truly cared about providing a high level of service AND a positive experience. Also, the 3D imaging they do here is something I never knew I was missing until now. 10 out of 10 recommend!

I had such a great experience with Dr. Hails and the whole team today! He really took the time to explain the treatment plan to me and was very thorough in answering my questions! I felt very reassured throughout the whole appointment. The team was very personable and Kevron took the time to call my insurance for me and get the answers we needed, which was so nice! Overall 11/10!
