IC Laser Eye Care

I never agree with offices who over schedule, everyone lives a busy life and scheduling is meant to bring balance and structure. This office has multiple patients waiting for 45 minutes to over an hour in some cases. Other then that the staff is professional and quick once you being seen.

I understand the wait time, but they need more help, so patience doesn't have to wait this long. Other than that, I like the care, they provided. I had Cataract surgery and the procedure went well. so, I have to have patience when I get there.

My wife and I have been visiting Dr. Ayla at IC Laser care. for almost 9 years for our routine exams and procedures. She is one of the best eye doctors we have ever seen. Pays attention to all little details, listens carefully and explains the diagnostics and treatment plan very well. We all are very much satisfied and definitely recommend Dr Ayla.

Wonderful technician and doctor. Long wait to see them, and the waiting room was quite crowded. Perhaps the scheduling could be changed to improve this. But ultimately l, the wait was worth the quality of care.

It's a shame to hear that this location gets quite a handful of negative reviews... I was seen and taken care of in a promptly and timely manner, not only that, but the staff from the nurse/assistant, front desk and to the doctor herself were all absolutely lovely. A great bunch and no nonsense. I highly recommend! Thank you for the wonderful visit! -Ian C.
