iBrush Family Dental Care

Upon arriving at the dental office, I was greeted by the receptionist at the front desk so as my daughter underwent x-rays, the dentist had already begun on my son Consequently, I entered the room where my son was seated. No one, including the assistant or the dentist, acknowledged my presence. I patiently waited for approximately three minutes, hoping they would acknowledge my presence. Unfortunately, this did not occur. Therefore, I approached the manager and apologized for the inconvenience. He assured me that this was an unusual occurrence and that he would make amends. Currently, I am still waiting for my daughter’s appointment and intend to observe where I experience a similar reaction.

This place and staff was very informative and they cared about my feeling and child bless the whole staff and their intelligence ....they staff corrected me and taught what I did not know and they help me feel better after I cried and I apologize do to my scare....but my child had laughing gas and she was in her own world..... Ibrush rocks..improving smiles.....and helping us grow....Yvette Williams

I been going to this dentist for years! And they change doctors every year , no one never stays at this location. They seem to be in a rush. Monday the dentist pulled 4 wisdom teeth without my permission and didn’t tell me until I was on anesthesia. She should’ve acknowledged the work she was going to do before she did it! Because now I’m forced to be off 2 weeks and heal myself when I wasn’t there or prepared for all 4 teeth to be taking out my mouth. Very poor dentist I hate it here

The team at the Oxon Hill location truly are top tier! My 5 year old daughter came in with her permanent knocked out and one tooth in her gums. This team executed with extremely professionalism. The team truly is unmatched. From guiding my autistic daughter thru the procedure to helping me relax. There were many risk that the tooth might change colors(grey) and/or die but by the grace of God and THIS TEAM. My daughters teeth are back in and doing amazing

It was a great experience for Kennedy with Dr. Johnson, Ms. Kanay, and Ms. Janice and I couldn’t have asked for a better doctor and assistants for her!! Kaliah’s experience with Dr. Wilson and Ms. Morgan was great as well!! Thank you guys we really appreciate y’all for your patience with my girls!!
