Ian Chan MD PC Ophthalmology and Retina Surgery

I went to see Dr. Ian Chan at 869 57th st #102 location. Everything else was okay, the rest of the staff were actually quite nice, but one person made the whole visit uncomfortable. When I walked in, a overweight woman wearing black and glasses was incredibly rude and rough, both in her tone and behavior. Not sure if she’s the manager or something, but if she is, that’s honestly surprising. I asked if she was in a bad mood, and she just brushed it off with excuses. I felt disrespected and honestly offended. Her inside and outside match perfectly, both are unpleasant. Must be a really tough life, right? Don’t take it out on patients.
