My visit at I Smile for dental service is usually quite pleasant. However, my checkout can be somewhat different perhaps it's a communication barrier. I was quoted a pending balance and lo and behold on my online bank statement today received a greater ($40) difference. I suppose, I'll ask for documentation (receipt) before leaving the office in the future. Otherwise I'm fine for now 😌

My dental hygienist was on time. She called my name exactly at 7:30. Usually takes one hour to clean my teeth and wait for Dr. Brehens to check my teeth. Only took 40 minutes. Was out at 8:10 a.m. Hygienist could be a little more gentle in cleaning my teeth. Hygienist was friendly and asked several times if I was ok. I would give 5 stars if hygienist was a little more gentle. So I'm giving 4 stars. Been going to this dental office since Junior High School. I do recommend Dr. Brehen"s dental office.

Wow! Talk about a hidden gem. This place is amazing. Had my first appointment today and was thoroughly impressed. From X-ray to exam, the dentist was gentle and explained every thing before doing it. Highly recommend this place.

I was visiting from out of state when I cracked a tooth! Due to the way it was broken and the tooth history, it was not salvageable. Dr. Behrens not only got me in the next day, but she was able to extract the tooth gently and quickly. She easily explained my smile options for when the gums healed. For the first time in over two decades, I was able to have a procedure without nitrous. Bravo!

All the staff is very friendly, the dentist is amazing. She takes her time, relaxes you and makes sure you are doing ok the entire time. If you are hesitant about going to a dentist, this is the place you should go.
