Wayne Wilson is awesome has helped me pick the best hearing aid for my situation. He adjusted as needed and showed me how to take care of it. I recently had my hearing aid refurbished after 3 years. I think they could get a better receptionist but other than that. I do and will continue to recommend this company.

Im very pleased with my hearing aids and the detail and care and professionalism wayne exhibits when im at the office. He v always lets me know that if I have any issues to call him. He and the hearing aids have made my job alot safer.

This was not my first visit here. AM +A has always done a great job explaining everything to me concerning the various tests. They are thorough and I always leave with more knowledge about my hearing. Highly recommended.

Chelsea is wonderful at everything!!!! The Lady up front was very nice also. We had been going to Miracle Ear for years and had so many issues with them. My mom is 95 now and I paid over 3,500 for good hearing aids. Then about 2 years after I was working and she went to get hearing aid cleaned and they PLAINLY SCREWED HER. They talked her into trading those hearing aids in for some used hearing aids. And the bad part is is they wouldn't do anything about it they wouldn't give her back her old hearing aids that were better than the ones that they made her pay extra for I even talked to the district manager and he was the biggest joke in the world. I am so glad we found American hearing I really didn't think I could trust anybody in this field. But I am so glad that Casy Adkins Refer

Wayne is the best audiologist I have ever met. Hes kind, funny and very knowledgeable about all the products he carries and issues people face with hearing loss. Wayne made my dad feel VERY comfortable and sent him home with a pair of trial hearing aids for 2 weeks. He answered all the questions we had and even contacted us to check in and see how things were during the hearing aid trail period. My dad has been many other places over the years to get hearing aids but this place by far is top notch the products are amazing the prices are affordable and the knowledge is there 100%.
