i-Care Urgent Care

I went to get an xray of my toe. Pretty sure I had broken it. It had been 2 days and i was still experiencing excruciating pain. Walked in. Waited less than 5 min. Was seen by Avo. Not sure if he was a Dr. or PA but he was awesome! Had a great bedside manner. Showed him a picture of toe just after I had injured it and he praised me for taping it and getting it straightened as much as possible. Took xrays. Saw my phalanx was displaced but not fractured. So he numbed it up (the most painful part of the procedure). Didn't mind that I made noise. Once it was numb he manipulated the phalanx back in position. The 1st try he was able to move the phalanx a little but the 2nd try with xray tech helping by holding my ankle did the trick. I left with my phalanx back in place, buddy taped and wear

First visit here. After filling out paperwork we waited about 20 minutes before being called back where we explained the situation to a male nurse/intake person. He checked Oxygen intake, blood pressure & listened to my husband's breathing and determined he needed a chest x-ray. We waited 15 minutes to see a P.A. He also examined my husband and explained everything clearly. He sent in two prescriptions which now, on the third day are helping. I would not hesitate to go back. The facility is clean, front office staff were pleasant and the medical staff were professional and kind. I recommend this facility.

I cannot say enough good things about the care I received here! I hurt my toe (ouch) and went in and was seen by Avo, PA and Tamara. Alvin helped and Jen manned the front desk because I kept them later than the usual hours! Avo has the most incredible bedside manner. He cares, he explains and made me feel at ease. Tamara was great too! I so appreciate the care I received and how well I was treated! Thank you!!!!

If I could I'd give them 10 stars! Everyone from the front desk to the X-ray tech and physicians were wonderful and professional with my daughter who broke her wrist during recess. I highly recommend this urgent care.

Kidney pain. Just need antibiotics. Due to no bacteria in urine, Dr. did not give antibiotics. Instead referred me to ER. I do not have a UTI, I have bacterial infections in kidney. He should have given me antibiotics. Cost me $50. ER was not needed. Waste of time and money. Not happy with Dr. he seemed to be in a rush.
