The appointment was easy to make. The staff was very helpful and the waiting area was bright and comfortable. Dr. Sami was very professional, and personable and the exam steps were explained clearly. There was no pain or medication used except for the eye drops required for glaucoma test; totally painless. I will return in one year to recheck everything.

Oh man, it really breaks my heart to leave this review. So I called first thing on Friday 12/27/24 about scheduling my yearly exam and getting a refill on my eye drops. My allergies seriously kick my arse so the drops Dr. G prescribes me is amazing. I was told by someone that I needed an office visit to get the RX. I explained I now live over an our away and am uncertain as to why refills weren’t allowed this go around. WELL, eventually front desk called me back, rushed me off the phone after saying an RX has been sent to the pharmacy. Didn’t ask me which pharmacy the RX needs to be sent to, didn’t let me schedule my annual, and didn’t let me speak. Monday I called the office explaining the RX was sent to the wrong pharmacy and I asked for a call back to express how I was feeling and to sc

Excellent optometrist. He takes the time to do a comprehensive assessment and very thorough with the recommendations. The front desk staff are also very professional. Highly recommend this practice.

Overall a 5 star review. My initial interaction with I Care staff wasn't great. I had called the office to let them know I was going to be a few minutes behind and the girl who answered sounded like she couldn't care less why I was calling. In any case, I was seen promptly upon arrival, tests were done quickly, and the doctor provided me with good options. I was not pressured to buy eyeglasses on the spot like at other facilities and they even offered a discount good for 60 or so days after my initial visit, should I decide later. I purchased a year's supply of the contacts that is most comfortable to me, albeit it was pricey, but it has a good rebate and with my allergies, I am going to need these contacts regardless to be able to do anything.
