Absolutely will never go there again! Had to wait 1 ½ for the Dentist and then when I Sat down, I had to wait an additional 1 hour. All they did was take 8 X-ray of my tooth and said I had to come back next time. I had a Cavity and loose tooth. I was a Daisy Chain of Patients going one after another . I will report them to the BBB and complain about their Practice

I give five stars to Dr. Andrews and Dr. Yelena. I was there a couple of weeks ago. I saw someone new I won’t mention names. I was very disappointed with this person. I feel like a dentist should diagnose a person anything that has to do with dentistry not with anything other than that unless the have a medical degree in something they can diagnose. I was very uncomfortable and I’ve been thinking about this for the past two weeks of something that could be serious. I will no longer be going back too bad Dr. Andrews and Dr. Yelena no longer take my insurance and as for the girls at the desk they’re very unprofessional.!

Dr. Nicole is truly a great dentist who not only takes pride in her work but sincerely cares about her patients experience. She was kind and gentle and explained everything she was doing. She also gave me tips on how to take care of my teeth and what kind of toothbrush to use without me asking, which no dentist before her has ever done, sadly. Her demeanor made me feel comfortable and truly trust her. I was going to change to another office after my prior experience with a dentist/dental hygienist who was rough and rude. After this last experience I will definitely be going back but only to see dr. Nicole.

Dr Yelena & her staff are amazing! They are very attentive and detailed with your care. The Dr does take her time with her patients, so don’t rush the process when it comes to your health. The office is always clean, and the front desk helpful.

In pain Had to walk out and leave !!!! That should tell you everything you need to know! 2 hours waiting after months of changing appointments mind you my work its not even done !!!!!!!UNPROFESSIONAL AND OVERBOOKED !!!!!! Don’t waste your time go somewhere else where your time is respected !!!!!!
