HWY 53 Urgent Health Care

The absolute BEST experience I've had at an urgent care! I called beforehand to see if they handled the issue I was having, and although the receptionist and nurse were not 100% certain, they personally went and asked the doctor instead of flat out telling me no, or leaving me to figure it out on my own. That is what drew me in! Upon arrival, not only were they fast & efficient--but the friendliness of each staff member surpassed my expectations! I was in and out (as a first time patient--paperwork included) all within less than an hour. About 45 minutes to be exact. My diagnosis aligned with what I was thinking, and Dr. Bayer really took his time to assess, diagnose, and also give me a referral just to have a second opinion and ensure I was left with no doubts. Brought my daughter in for a sports physical (no appointment) and was able to get in and out of there within an hour. The staff was friendly as well as the doctor. I will definitely use this urgent care again.

This was our first time at Highway 53 urgent healthcare. We had the Best experience!! The receptionist at the front desk, who I cannot remember her name, was amazing. She was friendly, happy, helpful & very professional. We are new to the area so this was extremely appreciated. It was only about 5 min of waiting before we were called back by the nurse, who was also very helpful & wonderful (did not get her name). We were then see by Dr. Bayer who spoke to both myself & my son about his physical. He made sure we both were informed & understood everything he was speaking to us about. What a wonderful doctor, I wish we could see him as our primary care doctor :) My son really did feel comfortable & said he would definitely go there again if need be.
