The first time I used UWorld, I felt like I was just memorizing answers. Hurst Review, on the other hand, helped me understand the "how" and "why" behind nursing concepts, which made passing the NCLEX much more manageable - and they made it fun and entertaining too! Hurst Review prepared me for the NCLEX I just passed on 09/06/25. Thank you Auntie Marlene and staff. Im in TX and took my exam in Hurst TX and the cross street was HURSTVIEW Dr. :) I completed the work book did a little over 600 practice questions and all 4 readiness assessments. I was educated outside the USA, graduated from nursing school approximately 15 years ago, and took a break from nursing for the past 8 years. Therefore, I was worried that I would have to buy and study multiple med-surg books and try to memorize all conditions and information in the world. However, a friend recommended Hurst Review. At first, I was skeptical but their model does work. Follow their model, listen to lectures multiple times, and read rationales. Excellent customer service - they respond to email promptly. Hurst team is there to guide you along the way so contact (email) them if you don’t understand a concept. I purchased the online review plus elevate, did the q review questions and 4 simulator tests. The lectures are fun and appealing, not boring and monotonous like nursing
