Hurley Urgent Care

Really good mostly. Almost all good experiences including when I went thru mono except the very last visit. when I took my kids in and the older cauc. Blonde lady. Not sure her position. She kind of acted like we were wasting their time, since it was a stomach virus. Yes, I know u cant fix a stomach virus but yes, I wanted professional to tell me it was one! Especially since i have never had one last 7 whole days and now my kids have it?! It was a weird vibe.

Having bad tooth pain with swelling on a Sunday... I got in and out of there in 10 minutes. From the ladies at the desk to the nurse and the doctor these females are professionals. I can't believe it has such a low rating I would recommend this place first in this area. I find it important to give good feedback when it's warranted.

Absolutely horrible doctors and service EXCEPT those at the front desk, went in to get a cyst looked at because I was worried about septic infection. When I described what had happened to the first "nurse" or doctor, she gave me a dumbfounded look and had to bring in another doctor where I described the exact same thing about the cyst to the second doctor. After having me go through an embarrassing check up with BOTH doctors present with one just staring at me, the first doctor then opens the door to ask me to "confirm" if I am who I say I am. After having ALREADY been in there before and paying for my copay and filing my paperwork to even GET back there. Then the first doctor, asks me if I have an allergies to any medication, I respond with my allergies on medication I'm allergic too, and

Unprofessional staff, unnecessary attitude. This review does not include the staff at the Hurley hospital, or other Hurley urgent cares, only this specific one. I have been to the Burton Hurley Urgent Care twice, and am very disappointed with my most recent experience. My first experience was for a finger laceration, I went in with my mother who is a lab tech at Hurley Hospital, during this experience I was treated respectfully and efficiently. However my most recent experience was for an infection, a UTI specifically. I went in without my mother, and waited an hour and a half for a 5 minute test. This was irritating but also expected for an Urgent Care so this is not where my issue came up. I'd like to clarify that I tested positive for a UTI already 2 days prior, I just needed to get ant

Everyone I interacted with was very professional and friendly seeing how I came in literally as soon as they opened. The wait time was a little long for it to be only 3 people waiting at the time but outside of that I had no complaints.
