Burton Urgent Care

So I went into Burton urgent care to be checked to see if I had Covid or maybe the flu and the girl that came in and swapped me barely swapped my nose so when the doctor came in, he said I was negative for Covid and flu so what would you like? Would you like some steroids and anabiotic? I said I guess it’s not bad if I just call you in a Z-Pak that’s yeah that would be great so I left from there and went home the next day. I called the pharmacy and he didn’t call anything yet so leave it in the office the terms where he was going to call me in a prescription in the next day. I called up there and she said no he didn’t call you enough. Do you want him to? I said no not now I mean I feel like I was totally failed by that doctor. His bedside manner is not so great. Another good experience at the Burton Urgent Care. This is my go to spot to get fixed up! Always get in promptly. Nurses and docs are really good. Took the time to hear me out, and treated me accordingly. Least painful shots I've ever gotten! They'll continue to get my business. 😎

First one in the door at 9. It’s now 9:40Still haven’t been seen! Employees coming in late. This place is a joke I can see why the bad reviews are here … I see the owner saying thanks to all the nice comments But hardly saying anything on the bad ones .. nurse could care less about what she’s doing not even taking a temp ..Red needle bin damn near over flowing in the room. Vents are dirty like they’ve never been cleaned the seats are ripped and awful .. like just clean the damn place

Burton Urgent Care does a great job. Friendly staff, knowledgeable doctors and fast relief. Better than my own doctor in many respects. Thankful they are there. In right away. Tests done there. Prescription and thorough explanation. No insurance hassles. Most importantly, nice, friendly staff.

My family has been going to Burton Urgent Care for years. We have each received good care. They listen and are respectful. Wait times depend on how busy they are, but once we're called back, we don't wait long. I have not had any issues there.
