Hurley Family Dentistry

I recently visited Hurly Family Dentistry for the first time, following up on a root canal procedure that had just been completed. The office's convenient location, just down the hallway from the endodontics office that performed my root canal, was extremely convenient. I was there to get fitted for a crown, and I'm extremely pleased with the process. The staff greeted me promptly and efficiently prepared me for my crown. The preparation work was quick and painless, with a two-week turnaround time. The final fitting was easy and simple, taking no more than 25 minutes. I highly recommend their dental services.

Unfortunately the quality of care has diminished since the practice expanded. I've had x-rays misread, which would have led to unnecessary work had I not gotten second opinions. If you want quality and honest dental work, look elsewhere.

Amazing staff! Very friendly and welcoming! They are super accommodating and always want to make their patients happy. I called with a slight chip on my tooth yesterday and they scheduled me immediately and were so helpful to get it fixed! Reception is wonderful as well! Thank you Hurley Dentistry!

Terrible service from the front desk staff. A constant attitude and a belittling tone. When trying to schedule a follow-up appointment, I was treated with disrespect, like I was stupid and below them. I have yet to schedule a follow-up due to the aggression of the front desk staff. While the doctors are well-mannered, Hurley Family Dentistry needs to reanalyze their staff.

Highly recommend. As someone who has problem teeth, the Hurleys (especially Emily, who I mainly see) and their staff are very kind, yet firm, about my teeth. They understand how expensive dentistry can be and don’t make you feel bad if you can’t afford it all in one go. She does a great job and doesn't try to do unnecessary procedures.
