Huntsville Hospital Urgent Care - Huntsville

Nurse rudely told me to put a mask on, so we had to shout at each other as she asked me intake questions like it was 2020 (probably releasing more respiratory droplets than I would have being able to speak at a normal volume). I'm trying to understand this lady with a thick accent wearing a mask, and she's trying to understand me wearing a mask (I likely also have a thick accent from her perspective). Horrible intake experience. Nurse practitioner was awesome, though. Very thorough and empathetic. And didn't wear a mask or try to pressure me to, a rational human being

The doctors and care are great. No issues there. But I can’t go higher than three stars because: The billing is a whole other problem. Can’t talk to a real person. Can’t get a bill mailed to me. Can’t look up a bill or billing history online unless you have a bill. They send the bills out via sketchy text message that you may or may not receive and then force you to pay exorbitant fees when you didn’t get the bill. Huntsville hospital really needs to address this. It’s a problem and honestly ridiculous for a hospital of this size.

I came right before closing with a cut and they were super welcoming and helpful. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I was very shaken up and emotional due to the incident and the doctor was patient and empathetic while still being thorough in examining me. Thanks again!

Excellent service from start to finish. The staff at Huntsville Hospital Urgent Care were very nice, accommodating, and friendly. They took the time to explain everything clearly and were extremely informative, which made the whole experience much more comfortable. I truly felt like I received the best care possible. Highly recommend!

I cried 6 times before going because I dislike going to the doctors office. I was a walk-in, but my wait time wasn’t bad at all. The patient paperwork was quick and easy. Even short-handed it was quick, the compassion from the team was amazing, and it soothed any anxiety I came with. I’ll definitely be going back if I ever need urgent care again.
