Mail order pharmacy did not send my very important medicine. I only received by mail one medicine instead of two medications. Thanks to Walgreens they were able to give me a 3 days supply of my levothyroxine.

I hope the phamacists can count by 5's , that lady that runs the register is incompetent and is obviously just there to get a pay check. Bad customer service by the same one every time. I can't be the only one with this happening.
