I was there for 9.25 hours with a pulmonary embolism. I had been diagnosed by my primary care and was sent there because I was dizzy. I know the waiting room was packed with all kinds of illness, but the care and concern by staff was undetectable. The only person that received any type of care or concern was a homeless man that came in. Sat disnninbERcwsiting was provided a meal and snacks???. There people that were diabetics that were not checked on or provided any consideration. When I was finally taken back, I was blown off with very unconcerned nurse and doctor. No concerned compassion…zero. I have taken and stayed with people in the ER this year and thought very highly of HH. My experience was POOR.

I’m currently at the ER (about to be discharged) and I wanted to go ahead and leave a review so I didn’t forget bc the entire staff deserves the recognition and appreciation. From triage to imaging…..all the amazing nurses and Dr. Platt, I received such good care. They all listened to my concerns, explained everything they were doing, and gave me a well explained summary of what the issue was and how they were going to treat it. I was in a room within 30 mins of arriving, imaging shortly after as well as meds, and treatment/diagnosis immediately following. I arrived at roughly 9:30am and am being discharged now at 1:30pm. I know on one hand I got somewhat lucky with them not being terribly busy but the way in which they cared for me was not luck. It was respect, understanding, and genuine

I am a cancer patient who was transported from CCI by ambulance. This was my last chemotherapy treatment and I was eager to ring the survivors bell that would signify not only my completion but, a testimonial to my endurance. My Oxygen level was in the 80s and it was difficult to breathe. When I arrived at the ER they immediately started treating me with care and kindness. My nurse was Abby and Dr. Lavigne. I voiced how disappointed I was that I didn't get to ring the bell after such a long journey. Let me just tell you what an extraordinary, caring group of individuals work that ER. I was released to go home and as I came out of my room, there lined up on both sides of the hallway were every nurse, every staff member and doctor they could spare. They handed me a little drum stick and at t

I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the care I received. It was a very pleasant experience, and at all times I fully trusted the services provided to me. They always took great care of me, were attentive and very helpful. I never felt alone, without guidance or direction, even though I did not speak the official language. I truly felt accompanied and protected by the entire team. For me, this experience was a great blessing and clearly reflects the immense value, commitment, and dedication they put into their work, especially in caring for people who arrive in emergency situations after a traffic accident. Each and every one of you treated me as a special person, and for that, I am deeply grateful.

Was sent to the hospital by the urgent Care due to high blood pressure resulting from a car accident. Waited only about 15 minutes in the waiting room then was taken to a room in the back. Seen a doctor within about 20 minutes of being in the back, had blood work, EKG medication, and CT scans ordered and completed within the first hour and 1/2 of being there. I was in and out of there in 2 hours time. The nurses were great, very caring, efficient, quick to get things done! The doctor was awesome, kind, and professional! He ordered tests quickly, provided medication for comfort, and checked back with CT scan results and blood work results. He went over instructions for discharge and what to do next and had me out of there. I was very pleased with the service and the kind, caring staff fro
