Hunter Structural Integration

I started out with a lot of tightness and tension around the neck, torso, back and hips due to multiple injuries. With each Rolfing session, I've progressively have been getting better range of motion and flexibility. Heather has done a great job with opening up my body and I would highly recommend her if Rolfing is something you may have been considering.

Anyways, I’m new to Rolfing…the best explanation I came up with is that it’s like a massage therapist + chiropractor = rolfing. It’s NOT a massage but it’s more “massage~y” than you’d think. It’s NOT a chiropractic adjustment but it adjusts you more than you know. She is aligning your body / skeleton by working on your fascia. It’s incredible and I wish more people talked about it. I went to Hunter Structural Integration for the first time when I needed relief in my hips from a tightness in my piriformis. Heather performed a series of techniques that effectively targeted the issue from all areas and I felt relief ever since then. Heather does great work! I will definitely go back to work on other areas in the future.

I can't say enough good things about Heather. If you hurting, give rolfing and Heather a try! She is extremely knowledgeable and can quickly pinpoint what issues are causing pain and how to get you feeling great. I couldn't believe the difference one session made, and comparing the pictures from my first session to my fifth, the results were unbelievable and undeniable. Her space if very relaxing and cozy, and she is down to earth and easy to talk to. I highly recommend her!

Heather and I shared the experience of attending the Dr. Ida Rolf Institute together. We were in the same class and also were neighbors while we attended school there.
