HPI is a great place to go when needing more work related physical therapy. Bill, Lisa and the whole staff are all very welcoming and friendly. They don't push you to do anything that might hurt you. They listen to you when you have issues and adjust the workout or change it to suit you the best. This is my 2nd time going to HPI. 1st time was for my lower back and 2nd time for my knee injury. These other 1 star reviews are all from the same people. Don't listen to them. Bill doesn't follow anyone around and listen is a kind person. The only time you will have an issue is if you take longer breaks or lunches and don't show up on time daily. They have shown me and everyone else I've met there with nothing but respect and will work with you if you just communicate.

Professional and knowledgeable HPI offers a full array of exercise and occupational equipment to promote your return to work. Everyday I was warmly greeted, provided with a comprehensive, yet adaptable, PT/OT routine which I completed within a congenial atmosphere. Shout out to Travis who made everyday brighter with his encouragement, pro tips and humor. Thank you to the whole staff!

Bill don’t know what’s he’s doing . He hurt my knee really bad. Had to go to the doctor for it. When I when back to HPI I was treated so rudely. I was setting down drinking water . Lisa came over screaming at me to get up. She was so rude telling calling me names . I was so scared .I couldn’t hardly walk cause Bill had damaged my knee so bad. See followed be laughing at me .

Lisa makes me feel uncomfortable. She had me anger issues. Bill follows me to the bathroom Every time I go. So weird I had to stop going.
