Cascade Endodontics: Dr. Shahin Etemadi and Dr. Stephanie Chen

I cannot say enough about Dr Etamadi and his team for making this visit THE best dental experience I've ever had. From someone who has extreme dental phobia, trust me you won't regret coming here. Everything was explained in detail and went at MY pace so I was able to feel in control the entire time. They provided me with a warm plush fleece blanket, headphones, and a stress ball while giving me nitrous to calm my nerves. He even appeased me by "gibber gabbering" to keep my distracted. Dr Etamadi was able to find my "sweet spot" with the nitrous to keep me comfortable to the point where I could have fallen asleep! I never leave reviews, but I had to after my experience today. My dentist, Dr. Schmidt, referred me to Dr. Etemadi for a root canal, and it ended up being the best dental experience I’ve ever had.😊 Dr. Etemadi is soft-spoken, kind, and incredibly gentle. He made me feel completely comfortable and reassured throughout the entire procedure. I was relaxed, not scared, and he checked in constantly to make sure I was doing okay. Hard to believe I’m saying this about a root canal, but it was truly incredible. The office staff was friendly, sincere, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. And at the end of my treatment, they brought me a warm lavender washcloth for my neck — such a thoughtful touch that made the whole experience feel comforting and calming. The entire clinic was amazing! I have high anxiety when it comes to the dentist and had to get a root canal and they accommodated me very well and the front desk lady’s were the kindest people ever! I would definitely recommend

The people.... from reception, hygienist & dr were so great. Friendly, informative, & sweet! They made me comfortable... as comfy as you can be at the endodontist. Great service. Great work. Highly recommend!!! Dr. Awad was great!!!

I would like to say, from Donna at the front desk to assistant Currachi, and Stephaine the doctor, I was super impressed with the way she treated her staff and me as a patient. She explained everything thoroughly, and made sure I understood what the process was. After the root canal I expected to be in a little bit of pain when the numbing wore off, but much to my surprise there was none. And the after care instructions were clear.
