I’ve been a patient of Dr. Hsu for over 10 years, and he is great. Unfortunately, the front desk / my-appointments have been beyond unreliable, making it impossible to maintain scheduled dental care. This is the third time my appointment, booked over six mo ago, gets moved to a wait-list – with no notice, and I discovered on the week of my appt by getting a voice msg at 10am: "you are on wait-list, we have an opening today at 4pm, would you like to come?". I can't, my work is not that flexible.

Have been a patient of Dr. Hsu for many years. Always great service, fixed and saved my teeth numerous times, high quality and caring work. The front office staff is attentive, always tries to accommodate you for an appointment and calls back if there is an opening. Always give good estimates and work well with insurance billing, no surprises. Longer hours including evening and weekends, very convenient. I drive from further away to see them.

Avoid HUI Dental. They discriminate against seniors and do not provide adequate care for an emergency dental work they performed. Mother had her crown break and required immediate care. They refused to bring her in on timely manner. Avoid HUI dental!! They ageist and take advantage of seniors

Been a long time patient of Dr. Hsu for about 10 years now, review is over due. Wonderful office with very kind, patient and responsive staff. During this time patched for exposed roots is so helpful to decreased sensitivity. Never knew there was such an effective treatment option before. Also had an urgent crown placement due to cracked tooth. Dr. Hsu is conservative in his treatment plans and his goal is always to preserve the teeth as much as possible. Always know you are getting the best care! All COVID measures are in place and feel very safe. Best dentist and dental office in the Bay Area!

Dr. Choy at Hui Dental is great! I'm always impressed with her knowledge and way of explaining things. She is able to breakdown the process and make me feel comfortable with each step. Though she's kind, Dr. Choy isn't afraid to make strong recommendations either (ok, I'll floss!). The office is clean, has lots of natural lighting, and the staff is friendly. Being open on Saturdays is convenient and the main reason I decided to check it out in the first place. Don't forget to lean back, relax, and check out the ceiling clouds.
