Unfortunately, after weeks of trying, we were unable to get an initial appointment scheduled in a timely manner. When we finally did have one scheduled, we had to miss it due to COVID and the flu in our household. Instead of being offered the opportunity to reschedule, my child was removed from the practice. This experience felt lacking in empathy and flexibility, especially considering the circumstances. I believe families deserve understanding and professionalism, particularly when dealing with illness. (I would love to also add in whoever answers the phone must be a doctor because she thinks she knows everything when it comes to what the doctor will do or say during the appointment)

Perpetually behind schedule, even at 8:30 am somehow. Won't follow CDC guidance for vaccines because "Not Evidence Based" but pushed the covid vaccine on our new born no less that 3 times. Would love to know what evidence they used for that decision.

We brought my daughter here for several well checks. Nurses consistently had poor attitude. Doctor Cullen continuously pushed unnecessary vaccines for our newborn at every visit, even after we informed her of a family history of Guillain-Barré Syndrome and declined. I would recommend a different practice.

We love Dr. Kancitis; she’s incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and stays up to date with current literature. We’ve also seen Kelly a couple of times, and she’s great as well.

My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Kancitis for 13 years. She had a visit today that we made for a cough she was having. My wife who took her to the appointment also asked if she could check on another thing while there and the doctor refused and told us we had to make another appointment. When they got back and told me I called the office and had a chat with the receptionist who informed me that was their policy. We are now no longer patients there and will never return. I find that absolutely unacceptable!
