I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Quiñones! From the moment I walked into the office, I felt completely at ease (not true, I cried). But he has such a kind, calming presence and truly takes the time to explain everything in a way that’s easy to understand. You can tell right away that he genuinely cares about his patients. His bedside manner is unmatched: compassionate, gentle, and reassuring throughout the entire process. Dr. Quinones is super friendly and has an amazing bedside manner! He's an extremely knowledgeable oral surgeon with decades of experience. I believe he taught and still teaches which speaks to his character. I get the sense he's a genuinely honest and good person. He really explains all your options and you don't feel pressured at all. I just got a bone graft amd extraction there. Once I heal up I plan to get an implant. His staff is also very kind. They explained everything well and made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend him and his office!

I had to have 2 teeth removed. Dr Quiñones has the best personality out of any medical professional I have ever met. He is informative and honest but also calming and has a good sense of humor. He somehow makes getting your teeth pulled NOT an awful experience.

Doc. Quinones is very professional and I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed yesterday. My lower teeth are very close to the nerve but the surgery went very well, no nerve injury and the procedure last for only 30- 40 mins. Today is my second day, I followed the post care instruction from the doctor and now only can observe some swelling but not very painful at all. I would recommend this place to else who is seeking a place to taken out their wisdom teeth.

When making an appointment for oral surgery (twice) they asked if general or local anesthesia was preferred. Not only till the day before the appointment/surgery, they call and say oh yeah, bring $300 for the anesthesia. Insurance cards were submitted and accepted. Not sure who the receptionist was but that’s NOT a very professional way to inform patients. This information should be stated initially. Update**** Patient was told to bite down on the gauze after extraction and did. Been bleeding for 8 hours so we called the receptionist. They said that’s not normal and that the patient should’ve not bit down so hard, although THAT WAS WHAT HE WAS TOLD. Doctor was great but the dental assistant screwed over the patient.
