My visit was enjoyable. Everyone made me feel valued. When I came in the greeting was warm and friendly all the way through the visit. Dr. Mack was very personable. My office visit was very good.
I was checked in and taken to an examination room within about 10 minutes of my arrival for my appointment. Once I explained the reason for my visit, x-rays were ordered and I was taken back for the films to be taken. When returned to my exam room, the doctor came in within about 10 more minutes. Dr. McDonald was friendly, compassionate and professional and explained to me the options I had as well as his recommended treatment plan for my hand. My encounter with everyone from check in to leaving was friendly, caring, professional and accommodating and I was back in my car and on my way in less than an hour from my scheduled appointment time. I know I’m in great hands for my surgery and recovery!
Excellent appointment with Dr. McDonald as always!!! He is exceptional in knowledge and personality.
The receptionist are friendly as the nurses and Dr McDonald is very informative and easy to talk to
All the staff were very nice! Dr. MacDonald was great! He was so caring and took the time to thoroughly explain my condition and treatment options. I highly recommend Dr. MacDonald and Hughston Clinic!
