The staff is great! The prices are high. $50 to walk in. 157.00 to see the doctor, this is with no tests being ran. I do recommend the staff and doctor.

I brought my almost 2 yr son here while i was visiting from NY the dr who checked my son out for high fever throwing up, checked his lungs and temp that was it. When mentioning the throat she didnt even check and said anything throat related is rare, but yet didnt even check dismissed him with saying if anything popped up to call and she'd send in meds for him. I noticed today the next day he would scream in pain when swallowing anything looked and his throat is swollen red and white spots, so i called them today let them know so he could have the antibiotics to treat it and the lady told me take him to his pediatrician well if you checked his files you'd seen we are out of town so i can not at the moment or i would being no one wants to give him the proper evaluation or care. I normally don't do this but, I wouldn't even give this place one star. My mom and I came in because we both had flu like symptoms. The nurse practitioner that waited on us just disregarded everything I said and the concerns I had. She gave us some nausea medicine and told us to take Tylenol for the flu and was only written out of work and could return after TWO DAYS WITH THE FLU. They told us we could leave and they would call us with the results of our tests. Our tests came back positive for flu and they told us if we needed more than two days out of work, we would have to come back in again. This was nothing but a waste of time and money. I would love to express how much I appreciate the staff at Urgent Care in Jonesville, NC. I went there in November and was diagnosed with Sciatica. My husband is disabled. I have to physically help him with everything, even when it's hard for me. This made the pain worse. I was given a prescription for Flexeril. It helped a little, very little. My husband had to be hospitalized. When we went to visit him, my grandson would push me in a wheelchair. It was much too far for me to walk. Saturday, I went to Urgent Care again. When the receptionist asked what she could do for me, I said I would like to get a pain shot, or 2 or 3 of them. I said I'm kind of not kidding. I hurt so badly.. The doctor came in and examined me, asked appropriate questions about where the pain was. She had me to do som

My husband just left this urgent care. Wanted to be seen for sinus infection and cough. He was told that he would not be given any medicine as he had not had symptoms long enough. Need to be between 7 and 10 days before they would give you anything. They should inform you of that before they check you in and take your copay. Very disappointed! It was the lady PA and I had the same experience about 2 1/2 months ago and ended up sick for 2 months!! I would not recommend this place to anyone!! We were told this is their policy, which should be posted on the door! They don’t even deserve a 1 star!
