D-REX Pharmacy

Thought this was a sweet old fashioned pharmacy and have been using them for a little over a year now. Once I started having health issues that led me coming here often, that changed. They started charging me extra for giving me the -correct- amount of applicators for a drug prescribed to me. Then the next time I had to buy more, they tried increasing the price of each applicator (which should be free with prescription anyway) they clearly were just making up a price to get more money. Then, today was the last straw. They filled my prescription for only 3 days instead of 7 which was clear on the prescription sticker. Customer service in the pharmacy department horrible, rude, arrogant ,offensive attitude. Asking question concerning a drug prescription and the dosage amount of it. Will never go back there

Superb customer service and we appreciate that it's not your typical pharmacy. Pharmacy chains nowadays seem to be striving to be a mini Walmart. Not D-REX. It's more about the health aspect, with great selection of vitamins, essential oils, and other alternative health offerings. A refreshing change.
