Safety is paramount. My mom gets around with a walker. She’s fragile. The staff DO NOT adjust the foot rest for her to get in the exam chair. Even after I made a friendly recommendation to the front desk. I smell law suit.

I had an 11 a.m. appt and the dr wasn't even in the office! She was at scheduled surgeries. Poor practice to schedule both at the same time. Means they're only in it for the money. I won't be going back.

Called the office to request a schedule for my eyes and luckily the receptionist told me that I needed to see a different doctor didn't waste my time by scheduling an appointment. However she rushed me off the phone and didn't even let me finish speaking before she hung up. I think that lady was one of the rudest receptionists I have ever had to deal with over the phone. Safe to say I am so thankful I'm not coming to this office if that's how the receptionist treats the people her boss is suppose to be helping...

Wonderful doctors. Dr. Kaplan is treating me for Macular degeneration. I had been told so many of the wrong things about my eyes,but he set me straight. Thank you,Dr. Kaplan! And the staff is always very friendly and professional. I have never been kept waiting too long like at some other doctors.
