They didn't file a claim with my insurance; instread they billed me directly at full cost. I have called their number several times and waited on hold, only to hear after 10-15 minutes to leave a message. It's clear that they neither answer nor return phone calls about bills. West Hudson Imaging Associates is an example of the greed and corruption found too often in the US medical system.
They are some of the nicest people I've ever dealt with in a medical environment. I trust them with my health.
I've never been here but yet I was billed for something.... 🤔🤔🤔
