Hudson Hackensack Dental Dr. Martha Severe

So August of last year I have sever pain in a tooth it was infected called the office where I was a clinic at , and no one returned my call , 3 days later when they were open still no call it was a badly emergency ! Was in flaming pain had to go to another place close to then just for amoxicillin 800mg this is unacceptable! Wether or not ur open you should listen to your voice messages contact your Clients back to be there for there aid. However she a good dentist when it comes to cleaning check ups and cavities however for her not to have open available and have her clients wait over a month for cavities tooth pain etc is unacceptable! If your receptionist is on Vacation! Get a backup person also two days open ? Who does that !

Dr. Martha Severe is the best dentist! She is so friendly and kind. I had my tooth extracted and it was a stubborn tooth. She worked so hard on that tooth and had so much patience. The office staff was so helpful. I will be recommending her to everyone! Thank you so much Dr. Severe. You are the best!

Dr Martha Severe is an amazing dentist by all means ! she is always smiling and explains everything to the patient to make them feel comfortable. The front desk staff are so kind and helpful in every situation. I highly recommend this place for all your dental work !

She’s amazing, I’ve had a lot of bad teeth and she saved them and helped with all the tooth aches I’ve had. She’s quick and not rough. She has very gentle hands and gives the best treatments.

This place has HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The receptionist was very nasty and rude!!! Do not go here. The staff are unprofessional and unorganized. I made an appointment and when I arrived I was told that the appointment did not exist. Janari or whatever the young ladies name is at the reception desk is absolutely disgusting to deal with and the dentist he wasn’t much better . BEWARE!
