Friendly, personable, and great dentistry. I'm very scared of dentists, but now I look forward to my appointments. It's all about the care and the understanding of her patients. This place is great! I highly recommend it. Everybody there are great people who love their patients! I love them all too! A great gift to me was finding this awesome place!

Terrible charges and billing for services. Made me pay suspucious past due charges supposedly above my insurance payments each time I visited even for simple cleanings. Over 2 years after they provided services they sent me a $24.80 remaining place. Even though it's a small amount I am fighting that I owe them anything legally after all this time. I have filed formal complaints with the Dept. Of Consumer Affairs and BBB.

My trade union provides ASO Dental Insurance. On the surface, it seems like a first rate plan. It allows for $2,500 a year in dental work with a low deductible of $100. This seemingly great plan, however, falls apart upon closer scrutiny. The primary problem is that it pays dentists an incredibly low rate for services rendered, making it practically impossible for them to cover expenses, let alone make any money. Consequently, few dentists accept it. I've moved a few times in the last decade and whenever I visited a new dentist, I often ended up in a neighborhood that had seen better days, with a dentist who appeared way past his or her prime, in an office that appeared a rent payment away from going under.
