They were soo kind and understanding... Very helpful as well!... Alice the receptionist made sure i was ok and texted me back promptly, as i had questions.... Im glad, I choose them as my kiddo and I dental care!! Sharika was also very kind and friendly 😊 🙏 made me very comfortable. Thank you.

Awesome experience! Great team effort from the time I walked in until I left! Smart, great explanations and I felt good -I’m not a fan of going to the dentist tbh… but they made it worth it and made me comfortable!

I was a new patient. I had to wait several weeks to get an appointment with Dr. Ghiba. 1st appointment - X-rays and had to make another appointment to replace some fillings. 2nd appointment - replaced the fillings and had to make another appointment to get a cleaning, 3rd appointment - they cancelled less than 1 hour before, and when I called to reschedule, I now have to wait ANOTHER 7 WEEKS for the cleaning that I wanted in August! They made no effort to have a hygienist come in early or stay late to accommodate the appointment that they cancelled. They are a huge dental conglomerate but they are making me wait when they are the ones who cancelled my appointment. I do not believe their customer service receives even 1 star, but Dr. Ghiba was very good, and Laree (Assistant) was exce

I’m very satisfied with the dental care I received from the Hudec Severance location. The staff is competent, pleasant and personable. Dr. Ghiba, Alex, the Dental Hygienist, and Dental assistants , always explain everything throughly, and make you feel comfortable and well cared for. They have provided me with excellent dental health.
